Maragin Health Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Irving, Texas, dedicated to advance science and technology to improve healthy living for all. Maragin Health focuses on two core areas:

1. Translating Research into Impact

Partnering with universities and research institutes to accelerate the translation of cutting edge discoveries into practical, validated solutions that improve health and well-being.

2. Advancing Healthy Aging

Supporting and conducting research on aging and health span, while promoting evidence based insights on how biotechnology can help people live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. Minimum Qualifications:
· BS in Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
· 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience in an academic or industrial setting
· Experience performing protein purification by various chromatographic techniques
· Experience performing various molecular biology techniques
· Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills
· Preference for experience in mammalian cell culture

What you will do:
· Follow SOPs to perform molecular biology techniques
· Communicate project updates and technical reports to cross-function teams
· Document experimental work in physical and/or digital laboratory notebooks and batch records
· Maintain laboratory instruments and inventory of supplies
· Provide general lab support
· Perform other duties as assigned by management or needed by team

Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
· Ability to lift light items up to 20 lbs.

The Maragin Lab and the MEDNA Collaboration:

The Maragin Lab, located in the MEDNA Building in Irving, Texas, serves as the Foundation’s central research facility for experimental and translational work. The lab operates within a collaborative environment shared with MEDNA scientists, fostering an interdisciplinary community of researchers working at the intersection of biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and pharmaceutical development. Through close collaboration with MEDNA and university partners, Maragin scientists pursue projects that span from molecular design to preclinical validation, enabling rapid translation of innovation into practical solutions that improve human health.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

*Candidates must already currently reside within reasonable commute distance of Irving/ Las Colinas. On-site interviews will be conducted. No interview travel or relocation assistance available.
