Associate / Senior Associate / Associate Director

We are looking for qualified and experienced accounting/finance/investment banking/PE professionals to work as an Associate / Senior Associate/ Associate Director in M&A advisory practice, depending on experience and qualifications.

This Associate will have an integral role in the company, with a wide range of responsibilities providing both qualitative and highly technical quantitative/analytical support to the senior bankers and clients.

With respect to the M&A advisory work, the Associate will be a key part of the team working on advising blue chip corporate clients and private equity funds for in bound and out bound M&A within Southeast Asian region.

While there will be some limited on the job training, the position is highly independent and will require a high degree of independent initiative and leadership skills in dealing with clients and senior colleagues.

Day to day responsibilities might include

• Planning, structuring and executing a financing transaction in the public and/or private market
• Advising or pitching corporations on potential mergers and acquisitions
• Devising and executing strategies that enable companies and institutions to capitalize on the value of their assets.
• The Associate will be responsible for managing multiple investment execution projects and transactions simultaneously,
• With primary responsibilities for the presentations and analysis related to investment and transaction execution.
• The Associate will also be expected to lead, guide and teach junior analysts on their analytical work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from top university min GPA 3.25
• 1 - 4 years working experience
• Strong technical skills, motivated, team player
