Associate / Senior Associate - Civil Litigation

About the role

You will be involved in a broad spectrum of litigation matters, including contractual and commercial disputes, property and insolvency-related litigation, debt recovery and enforcement proceedings, trust and estate disputes, and general civil litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to manage your own files while also collaborating with senior lawyers on complex and high-value cases.

Key responsibilities

• Handle contractual and commercial disputes
• Manage property and insolvency-related litigation
• Conduct debt recovery and enforcement proceedings
• Work on trust and estate disputes
• Manage general civil litigation matters
• Manage your own files

About you

• Approximately 5–7 years' PQE (although all strong candidates will be considered)
• Solid civil litigation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Client-focused, proactive, and commercially minded
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
