Associate / Senior Associate - Recruitment Coordinator

The Associate Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and compliant recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and placement checks.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

• Manage job offers, contract extensions, onboarding, and employee absences.

• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, client requirements, and legal standards.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases, and reports.

• Handle recruitment queries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.

• Track performance against KPIs and meet service-level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills:

• 0-3 years of recruitment coordination or related experience, preferably supporting US recruitment teams.

• Knowledge of the US recruitment market.

• Strong communication, organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to maintain data accuracy, build relationships, and work collaboratively.
