What they need

HCP Concierge partners with leading pharmaceutical manufacturers to help healthcare providers access the products, education, and resources they need to improve patient care.

We offer an exciting opportunity for motivated, early-career professionals to enter the pharmaceutical industry, build meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, and develop a rewarding long-term career.

We welcome recent college graduates as well as individuals who have demonstrated their capabilities through professional experience. We value strong communication skills, professionalism, initiative, and a commitment to excellence, and recognize that these qualities can be developed through a variety of educational and professional paths.

As an Associate Service Specialist in the Atlanta, GA territory, you'll represent leading pharmaceutical manufacturers by managing an assigned territory and serving as the primary HCP Concierge representative for healthcare providers within your territory. You'll build lasting relationships with physician offices, deliver valuable product education, and help ensure healthcare professionals receive the information and resources they need to support patient care.

This is a field-based, customer-facing position that requires professionalism, accountability, and the ability to build meaningful relationships over time. Success comes from building trusted relationships, delivering valuable product education, and consistently earning customer engagement through professional, respectful persistence.

Unlike traditional commission-based pharmaceutical sales roles, our model emphasizes relationship building, strategic territory execution, customer engagement, and commercial results while rewarding performance through a competitive salary, annual bonus, and long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

  • Build lasting relationships with physicians, office staff, and healthcare professionals.
  • Execute territory call plans in accordance with company standards and client objectives.
  • Deliver compliant product education and approved promotional resources.
  • Provide timely, professional follow-up to customer needs and requests.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training, certification, and continuous learning.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and territory activities.
  • Operate with professionalism, integrity, and regulatory compliance.

How Success Is Measured

Success is evaluated using a balanced scorecard focused primarily on factors within your control, including:

  • Territory execution
  • Reach and frequency objectives
  • Customer engagement
  • Effective use of approved promotional resources
  • Professionalism and compliance

Product performance is one component of overall annual performance and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

We're looking for motivated, relationship-oriented professionals who enjoy building trusted customer relationships, engaging healthcare providers, and delivering consistent results.

Qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a professional, customer-facing role through education, work experience, or other accomplishments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to execute structured territory call plans
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
  • Residence within or near the assigned Atlanta, GA territory required

We welcome recent graduates and candidates from healthcare, customer service, hospitality, education, retail leadership, and other customer-facing backgrounds. A college degree and previous pharmaceutical sales experience are not required.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, structured to reward performance, recognize professional development, and provide meaningful opportunities for career advancement.

Compensation

  • Starting salary of $45,000
  • Annual performance bonus of up to 10%
  • Guaranteed salary escalation after successful completion of your first year
  • Merit-based raises and promotion opportunities

Benefits

  • Company vehicle or $500 monthly vehicle allowance for personal vehicle use plus mileage reimbursement at $0.25 per business mile
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with competitive employer match
  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Comprehensive paid training and ongoing professional development

Paid Training

Your onboarding includes:

  • Virtual Training: November 4–6, 2026
  • In-Person Training: November 9–13, 2026 (Philadelphia, PA)

Travel, lodging, and all training-related business expenses are fully covered by HCP Concierge.
