Associate - Settlement (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for US corporate actions and handle daily settlement for US equities and stock options.
• Monitor and operate various settlement systems and online platforms
• Communicate with various counterparties (i.e. banks, custodians, ... etc.) to ensure processing completed smoothly
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• With minimum 5- 10 year’s relevant experience in brokerage or banking industry
• Familiar of settlement systems operations and online platforms
• Experience in handle corporate actions events for US market is required
• Experience in US market settlement process, including equity and stock option is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good team player and communication skill
• Able to work under pressure
• Willingness and ability to work overnight shifts and on Hong Kong public holidays is required.
