Associate - Social Media & Content

About the Role
You will own Precize's social presence end to end. That means planning the calendar, shooting and editing short-form video, writing the copy, and running outbound different channel outreach that turns potential collaboration. You will report directly to the Head of Product and Growth.

What You'll Do

• Plan and run a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and X.
• Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn video) from concept to publish.
• Turn topics like pre-IPO investing, ESOP liquidity and company valuations into simple, scroll-stopping content.
• Write hooks, captions and post copy that are sharp, accurate and on-brand.
• Run outbound LinkedIn, Youtube, X and Instagram DM's for potential collaborations
• Monitor and analyze social media and campaign performance.
• Keep testing new formats, trends and platform features, and scale the ones that deliver.

Must-Haves

• Social Media Content that you have produced, Applications without one will not be considered.
• Hands-on skill in Canva or Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or or Figma.
• Strong written English. You can write a hook that makes people stop scrolling.
• Discipline for repetitive outbound: personalizing messages, following up and tracking.
• Comfort with basic metrics and turning them into decisions.

Good to Have

• Interest in stock markets, startups or personal finance.
• Internship experience in social media, content or growth
