Requirements Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Plan, schedule, and post content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Monitor trends and audience behaviour to adapt and optimize strategies.
• Content Creation:
• Develop creative posts, captions, scripts, and videos in English and Tamil.
• Collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing content, including reels and graphics.
• Video Production:
• Be comfortable on camera to create engaging videos and host live sessions.
• Edit and enhance video content to ensure high-quality output.
• Audience Engagement:
• Respond to comments, messages, and audience inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
• Build and nurture relationships with followers to foster community growth.
• Performance Tracking:
• Analyze social media metrics to track growth, engagement, and campaign success.
• Prepare reports and use insights to refine strategies and improve content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fluent in English and Tamil (spoken and written).
• Confident on-camera presence and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in social media management and video editing.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, VN or similar platforms is an advantage.
