Accountabilities

• Develop, maintain, and support enterprise web applications and APIs that meet business requirements and deliver reliable digital experiences.
• Contribute to artificial intelligence and generative AI initiatives, including automation solutions and digital transformation projects.
• Support the design, development, and integration of machine learning capabilities, AI agents, and intelligent application features.
• Implement and maintain automated testing processes to improve software reliability, code quality, and development efficiency.
• Participate in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) initiatives and apply DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve application security vulnerabilities, remediate security findings, and implement code quality improvements in accordance with established standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain database components, data pipelines, and data integration solutions that support enterprise applications.
• Contribute to application architecture and asynchronous API development, helping build scalable, maintainable, and efficient software systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues, implement enhancements, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation covering application functionality, system architecture, development processes, and implementation decisions.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including team discussions, sprint planning, progress reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Stay informed about modern software engineering tools, AI technologies, development frameworks, and emerging industry practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance application performance, security, maintainability, and overall user experience.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Internship Experience: Successful completion of the organization's corporate internship program is required.
• Software Development: Foundational knowledge of software engineering principles and experience or exposure to developing and supporting web applications and APIs.
• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Experience or familiarity with machine learning, generative AI, AI agents, and related technologies.
• Data Engineering: Understanding of data pipelines, database components, data integration, and the movement of information across applications.
• Application Architecture: Familiarity with software architecture concepts, asynchronous APIs, and modern web development tools.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Understanding of automated testing, debugging, code quality practices, and software reliability principles.
• DevOps and Secure Development: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, application security remediation, and secure software development principles.
• Technical Documentation: Ability to create clear, accurate documentation describing technical processes, application functionality, and implementation details.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile software development processes and the ability to collaborate effectively within an iterative development environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to investigate technical issues and learn new technologies.
