This is a hands-on role where you’ll troubleshoot, support and collaborate with a talented software team to provide top-notch support for our desktop, web and mobile applications. Take ownership of first and second level bug fixing, and help us keep our clients happy and thriving!

📍 This role is based in our Kuala Lumpur office (Menara Worldwide, Bukit Bintang).
💻 Hybrid work arrangement available after confirmation (reliable home internet required).

✨ What You’ll Do

• Support mission-critical systems – Provide Level 2 support and ensure stability of trading platforms
• Be client-focused – Work with internal & external clients to resolve issues quickly
• Collaborate & troubleshoot – Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, Design, QA) to deliver seamless user experiences
• Daily checks & tracking – Run system checks, log & classify incidents in Jira, document solutions
• Test & validate – Conduct regression testing, ensure fixes/updates are deployment-ready
• On-call & on-site – Support when needed, including weekend deployments (off-in-lieu provided)
• Continuous improvement – Participate in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and other ad hoc projects

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Degree in IT or equivalent
• 2–3 years in application support/development in financial services is a plus but we also welcome fresh grads!
• Programming know-how in Java, JSP, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and Unix shell scripting
• Bonus if you know jQuery, Oracle RDBMS, JBoss, Resin, or IBM WebSphere
• Strong problem-solving skills and great communication
• Open to providing weekend and after-hours support when required, with time off in lieu provided accordingly
• High commitment and ability to work under a fast-paced work environment

• Experience in fintech, trading or banking industry
• Knowledge of networking principles and system architecture
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tools like JIRA
