2+ years of Sales or Business development experience in Banking, Insurance, or finance sector.
Manage key franchise accounts, recruiting dealers and agents
Strategize client expansion and execute recruitment plans
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Teams for lead generation
Negotiate franchise agreements, focusing on revenue generation
Evaluate new store locations and identify market opportunities
Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction
Proficient in franchise development, marketing, and sales
Achieve revenue targets independently
Familiarity with company products and services
Proactively procure new clients through direct contact
Review client feedback and implement improvements
