Role Overview

Seeking a Patient Payments RCM Specialist with 2+ years of experience in managing patient collections, self-pay accounts, and patient financial responsibility within the US healthcare revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Patient Collections and Self-Pay Accounts Receivable.
• Handle Patient Financial Responsibility (copays, deductibles, coinsurance).
• Process Payment Posting and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Support Point-of-Service (POS) Collections and Patient Payment Plans.
• Assist patients with Patient Portal/Digital Payment solutions.
• Work on Epic EHR and Practice Management (PM) systems.
• Review billing information using ICD-10-CM and CPT Codes.
• Apply knowledge of payer reimbursement policies to resolve account issues.
