Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through a combination of voice and chat support.
• Manage approximately 80% Voice and 20% Chat interactions.
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in the system.
• Meet quality, productivity, and process compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year (12 completed months) of experience in an International Semi-Voice Process.
• Experience with 80% Voice and 20% Chat support is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and internet applications.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
