Associate Staff Engineer(Agentic ,RAG,LLM, Generative Ai)

REQUIREMENT:

• We are hiring experience in GenAI solutions for Healthcare, Pharma, and Commercial Analytics use cases.
• Build and optimize LLM-powered applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, Text-to-SQL, and Conversational AI frameworks.
• Develop intelligent workflows using modern GenAI frameworks and orchestration platforms.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale AI solutions with a focus on performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Analyse healthcare, life sciences, and commercial datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop predictive and statistical models to support business decision-making.
• Apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and GenAI techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Improve model performance through prompt optimization, evaluation, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting AI and analytics workloads.
• Work with cloud-native services on Azure and AWS environments.
• Utilize Databricks for large-scale data processing and AI model development.
• Ensure efficient data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical reviews.
• Contribute to best practices, reusable frameworks, and AI governance standards.
• Support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
• Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
