Role & responsibilities
L2 Support
Managing client relationship
Managing on-boarding of new clients, setup
Provide application end to end support which includes SQL and AWS skills.
Deliver industry best practice solutions to the business using out of the box functionality.
Provide first class solutions to meet the business expectations.
Work with various teams in the IT Organisation in solutioning, planning, risk identification, issue resolution.
Driving innovation/automated solutions
Responsible for successful digital transformation delivery as per Teamlease Vision.
Responsible for establishing industry specific best practices in establishing the ITIL processes.
Responsible for Control development processes, platform and tools usage for solutions and delivery and enforce process.
Strong experience and expertise in solution delivery and strategy in a bi-modal IT environment
Broad knowledge of software development
