Associate Support Engineer - ManageEngine

Over the past 30 years, Zoho's portfolio of cloud-based business software has grown to a comprehensive product suite (60+ Products) that provide an integrated ecosystem of advanced business solutions covering sales, marketing, support, finance, human resources, project management, business intelligence, and custom app development.

ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corp., is recruiting 10 recent-graduates for our McAllen office (601 North Main Street, McAllen, TX 78501). The start date is Tuesday, January 12, 2027.

This role is specifically for our Enterprise IT Management product suite under the ManageEngine brand. ManageEngine with 90+ products and free tools covers everything your IT needs, at prices you can afford. From network and device management to IT security and service desk software, we're bringing IT together for an integrated, overarching approach to optimize your IT.

What you will do once trained

• Promote IT solutions across IT operations, security, help desk, endpoint, networks, and cloud infrastructure
• Talk to customers (IT Managers, IT Administrators, Engineers) and partners to help them understand requirements, and recommend the right ManageEngine product in tandem with Account Managers
• Analyze client needs and recommend technical solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations to customers and solve technical queries
• Understanding of product areas including Desktop / Mobile Device Management, IT
• Help Desk, Windows Management, Public and Private Cloud management

Qualifications

• Excellent business-level English language skills
• College graduate of 2-year or 4-year program in the last 3 years
• Attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills to work with multiple ManageEngine product teams
• Strong technical knowledge with experience in the IT industry
• Must be a U.S. citizen​ due to government accounts

The hours are normal business hours in the office, and the start date is Tuesday, January 12, 2026.

We are currently doing online interviews. The following/final interviews will be at our McAllen office.

Compensation/Benefits

The starting salary will be $55,000 and all full-time, permanent employees are eligible for all employee benefits. Zoho's full suite of benefits includes medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a company-sponsored 401k.
