Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Associate who is keen to build a career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment across roles (sourcing to closure)
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Build and manage candidate pipelines through various channels
• Engage with candidates and ensure a great candidate experience

Required Skills & Background

Experience

• Experience working with ATS or recruitment platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit) is an advantage

Skills

• Strong candidate sourcing and screening capability
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Structured approach to candidate evaluation and hiring processes

Languages

Fluency in English and Hindi
