Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end hiring across functions, levels, and diverse skill sets in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring across functions, levels, and diverse skill sets
• Drive strong hands-on sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing
• Hire across Sales, Technology, Product, Finance, Operations, Sourcing, and Corporate Functions
• Handle hiring across junior, mid-management, niche, and leadership roles as required
• Partner closely with hiring managers on role understanding, talent mapping, assessment, and timely closures
• Independently manage screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and joining conversion
• Build proactive pipelines for critical, niche, and recurring roles
• Deliver closures within defined TATs, budgets, and compensation guidelines
• Track hiring metrics, offer dropouts, and joining risks; maintain accurate TA MIS
• Manage multiple mandates simultaneously with high ownership in a fast-paced environment

Education

MBA / PGDM in HR preferred (Post-Graduation required);
