What You’ll**

• DoPartner with hiring managers to plan, execute, and manage recruiting efforts across multiple openings and lines of busine
• ssFacilitate intake meetings to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profil
• esProactively and strategically source top candidates through various job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting too
• lsBuild and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidat
• esReview resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and complete phone screenin
• gsCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring tea
• msHelp prepare candidates for interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring proce
• ssMaintain timely communication and follow-up with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teammat
• esUtilize MAU’s ATS and recruiting systems to manage candidate workflow and documentati
• onSupport recruiting process improvements and help drive recruiting best practic
• esAssist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination as need
• edLearn and develop recruiting strategy, sourcing techniques, and client partnership skil
