Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth content review and quality checks in the assigned subject area (Life Science, preferably Biotech).
• Ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to academic and publication standards.
• Conduct or support peer reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Handle escalations, clarify complex subject-related queries, and guide team members.
• For Team Lead level: mentor associates, monitor quality metrics, and support delivery targets.

Required Skill Set:

• Strong subject-matter expertise in Life Science.
• Prior experience in peer review or academic/content review is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within tight timelines.
