Associate Team Lead Trade Settlement

Job highlights

• Manage trade settlements, including processing customer requests to schedule shipments and entering them into SAP GTM.

• Ensure accurate and timely input of commodity purchase and sales orders/contracts, including amendments.

• Create and apply tickets in SAP, process freight adjustments, quality claim settlements, and payment proposals.

• Prepare daily reports as per business requirements and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

• Collaborate with commercial teams when customer contract pricing is needed for shipments and match those pricings to load orders.

• Handle dispute cases, including corrections of shipment and invoices.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Agri-business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Agri-commodity execution/finance.
• Competencies include continuous improvement initiatives, attention to detail, people management, and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities are required, along with leadership, interpersonal skills, and trade settlement expertise.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Experience in Bunge (NYSE: BG) is preferred.
