About the Opportunity

Plat4mation Saudi Arabia is seeking 2 Associate Technical Consultants to support the delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients across various industries. In this role, you will work alongside experienced consultants, project teams, and client stakeholders to help configure, test, document, and support ServiceNow applications while contributing to successful project delivery.

What You Will Do

• Support the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Assist in configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, catalogs, and platform capabilities.
• Participate in testing, issue resolution, and solution validation activities.
• Support requirements gathering, documentation, and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Assist with system administration, data preparation, deployment activities, and user support.
• Participate in project workshops, meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support project planning, progress tracking, and service improvement initiatives.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field .
• Equivalent qualifications and relevant experience may also be considered.

• المهام الرئيسية دعم تنفيذ وتهيئة حلول ServiceNow وفقًا لمتطلبات العمل.

• المساعدة في تهيئة تطبيقات ServiceNow وسير العمل والنماذج وكتالوجات الخدمات وإمكانات المنصة.

• المشاركة في أنشطة الاختبار ومعالجة المشكلات والتحقق من جودة الحلول.

• دعم جمع المتطلبات وإعداد الوثائق ومخرجات المشاريع.

• التعاون مع المستشارين والمطورين ومديري المشاريع وأصحاب المصلحة لدى العملاء خلال مختلف مراحل المشروع.

• المساعدة في إدارة النظام وتجهيز البيانات وأنشطة النشر ودعم المستخدمين.

• المشاركة في ورش عمل المشاريع والاجتماعات وجلسات تبادل المعرفة.

• دعم تخطيط المشاريع ومتابعة التقدم ومبادرات تحسين الخدمات.

• المؤهلات التعليمية درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في علوم الحاسب، أو تقنية المعلومات، أو هندسة البرمجيات، أو نظم المعلومات، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة .

• يمكن أيضًا النظر في المؤهلات المكافئة والخبرات العملية ذات الصلة.
