JOB DESCRIPTION (L3 Networking)

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Network Engineer to join our growing technical

team at Nipun Net Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advanced network

troubleshooting, design, implementation, and maintenance of LAN/WAN/WLAN environments, with

deep expertise across routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, and network automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain LAN / WAN and WLAN equipments from various vendors
• Upgrade network hardware and software components as required, Detecting Firmware

Vulnerabilities by using various tool (Cisco Total care / Rapid7 / SolarWinds NCM Module),

Upgrade Plans / Process Creation / Automating the task (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, FTD, FMC,

WAN Optimizers)

• Switch configuring and troubleshooting VLANs, Private VLANs / VTP-v3 / STP / PVSTP / RSTP

/ MST / EtherChannel / UDLD / SPAN / RSPAN / DAI / IP Source Guard / SNMP / NTP / STORM

CONTROL / Port-Security / SWITCH STACK / HSRP / VRRP / GLBP / AAA / Dot1x / MAB /

SNMP / DHCP / DHCP Snooping Etc.

• Router configuration with static and Dynamic routing protocols RIP / OSPF / EIGRP / Route

Redistribution / Route summarization / Route-maps / Access-lists / Prefix-lists / NetFlow / IPLA /

VRF Etc.

• Firewall Configuration GRE / IPsec / NAT / PAT / SFR Installation / Access Control Policy /

Prefilter / Intrusion / Malware and File / SSL / Identity etc.

• Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on SDA, LAN segmentation, Cisco Wireless

Access Points, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, Meraki wireless

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise network environments, including L3-level support.
• Must have good communication skill (written and verbal) and team management experience.
• Should have cisco switch configuration knowledge of the technologies below..
• STP, VTP, Port-channel, SNMP, Access-list.
• Candidate should have routing protocol knowledge.
• Static, OSPF, BGP, Redistribution.
• Candidate should have Fortinet/FortiGate and Cisco ASA Firewall knowledge.
• Candidate should have Cisco Wireless technology knowledge.
• Candidate should have network issue troubleshooting skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION (L2 Networking)

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and certified L2 Network Engineer with a strong background in wireless

technology, and firewalls, routing, switching. The ideal candidate must be CCNA R&S certified,

preferably with Wireless certification, and bring 34+ years of hands-on experience in managing

complex wireless network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network routing and switching environments.
• Deploy, manage, and support enterprise wireless solutions using Cisco and Aruba technologies

(both Central and FlexConnect modes).

• Utilize wireless network tools such as Ekahau Survey Pro, AirMagnet Surveyor, Spectrum Analysis

tools, Packet Analyzers, and Cisco WLC Config Analyzer for wireless assessments and

troubleshooting.

• Manage and configure firewalls including Checkpoint, Palo Alto, FortiGate, and Cisco.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for secure and high-performing network deployments.
• Work with tools like Cisco Prime, Cisco ACS, and Cisco ISE for monitoring, access control, and

policy management.

• Ensure optimal wireless coverage and performance through regular site surveys and spectrum

analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of BE / B.Tech / MCA / BCA or related field
• Certification: Must be Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certified.
• 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless networking
• 2–3 years of practical experience in managing enterprise wireless infrastructure
• Proficient with enterprise networking protocols and technologies.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with:

Cisco and Aruba Wireless Controllers

Cisco WLC Config Analyzer

Ekahau Survey Pro, AirMagnet Surveyor

Spectrum Analysis tools and Packet Analyzers

Cisco Prime, Cisco ACS, Cisco ISE
