Role Description:

We are looking for an Associate Technical Program Manager (ATPM) to coordinate technical projects, support program management activities, and ensure smooth collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in program management, a strong understanding of software development processes, and the ability to manage timelines, requirements, and project deliverables.

The role involves tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, identifying risks, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the timely delivery of technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical programs and projects to ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align project requirements and priorities.
• Track project progress, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks and support teams in resolving project-related issues.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and progress updates.
• Assist with resource planning, project scheduling, and workflow improvements.
• Participate in product planning, technical discussions, and project review meetings.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support software release planning and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in program management or project management.
• Strong understanding of program management and project coordination.
• Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical project workflows.
• Foundational knowledge of product management, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Preference 1 : IT professionals with 1–2 years of work experience, a completed MBA/PGDM, and experience in program management.

Preference 2 : Working IT professionals with at least 6 months of experience in program management.

Candidates with relevant program management experience and the ability to join immediately will be preferred.
