eNGINE is currently hiring an Associate Technical Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

-Build and maintain a network of Technology professionals.

• Work in tandem with Account Management team to understand our client's hiring needs.

• Interview candidates and match high demand skill sets to open requisitions.

• Prepare candidates for interviews.

• Negotiate and present offers for employment.

• Manage workforce of Consultants and Full time Staff as they support eNGINE initiatives.

Requirements:

-Effective verbal and written communication skills.

-Strong drive to educate and influence

-Ability to work in a fast paced culture while remaining focused.

-Bachelor's degree in business, management, communication, or similar field(s).

-Ability to multi-task and plan work activities proactively.
