PsychPlus is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our clinical team in Irvine, California.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-person and virtual clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families under appropriate clinical supervision.
• Conduct clinical assessments and support the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers to support positive client outcomes.
• Participate in supervision, case consultations, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain ethical standards and comply with California licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
• Interest in working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, including in-person services in Irvine, California.
