Position Overview
We are seeking an Associate Therapist (AMFT or APCC) who is registered with the BBS and eager to grow within a supportive group practice environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including:

• Adults
• Children and adolescents
• Couples
• Families

You’ll gain well-rounded clinical experience and the chance to develop your niche while receiving high-quality supervision.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy (based on your interests and experience)
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians
• Participate in supervision and case consultation
• Build and manage a consistent caseload (referrals provided)

What We’re Looking For

• Registered AMFT or APCC with the California BBS (required)
• Passion for working with a range of populations, including children
• Strong clinical intuition and willingness to learn
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Alignment with a relational, client-centered approach to therapy
• Interest in long-term growth within a group practice

Compensation & Benefits

• $50–$75 per clinical hour (based on experience)
• Clinical supervision that meets BBS requirements (included)
