What they need

Clarity Therapy is seeking a licensed therapist—including Social Workers, Professional Counselors, Psychologists, and Marriage & Family Therapists to join our growing virtual practice serving clients across Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

We're looking for a clinician who is passionate about trauma-informed, client-centered care and enjoys the flexibility and autonomy of private practice.

At Clarity Therapy, we believe therapists should be able to focus on their clients not the administrative burden of running a private practice. We provide the infrastructure and support you need to build a meaningful caseload while maintaining control over your schedule and clinical work.

What We Offer

  • Fully remote work through telehealth
  • Flexible scheduling and the ability to build a caseload around your availability
  • Supervision hours for LSW/LAPC clinicians working toward independent licensure
  • Insurance credentialing and support
  • Billing and claims management
  • Referral and marketing support
  • Administrative assistance
  • Supportive and collaborative clinical culture
  • Opportunity to grow a caseload aligned with your interests and specialties
  • Clinical autonomy while having a team available for support and consultation

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and intake evaluations to identify client needs and establish individualized treatment goals.
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans based on client needs and clinical presentation.
  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy based on your training, experience, and areas of interest.
  • Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches appropriate to each client's needs.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Complete progress notes, treatment plans, diagnoses, and billing-related documentation in accordance with clinical and insurance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Clarity Therapy team regarding client care when appropriate.
  • Participate in supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain a caseload consistent with your availability, clinical interests, and professional goals.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field.
  • Current Pennsylvania or West Virginia clinical license, or an eligible license/certification allowing you to provide services in the applicable state(s).
  • Licensed Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Psychologist, or Marriage & Family Therapist. LSW/LAPC clinicians working toward independent licensure are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
  • Experience providing telehealth services or willingness to become comfortable providing therapy virtually.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also participating in a supportive, collaborative clinical environment.
  • Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.

Areas of Experience We Value

Experience working with any of the following is a plus:

  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Grief and loss
  • Life transitions
  • LGBTQ+ clients
  • Perinatal and maternal mental health
  • Couples and relationship concerns
  • Military and veteran populations
  • Complex or co-occurring mental health concerns

Training or experience in EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic therapy, motivational interviewing, or other evidence-based approaches is welcomed.

Why Clarity Therapy?

At Clarity Therapy, we believe in creating a practice where clinicians can do meaningful work without having to manage all of the behind-the-scenes responsibilities of private practice.

Our team handles credentialing, billing, referrals, marketing support, and administrative tasks so you can spend more of your time doing what you do best—providing excellent care to your clients.

We value clinical autonomy, collaboration, accessibility, and growth, and we welcome therapists with diverse backgrounds, specialties, and clinical approaches.

If you're looking for a flexible virtual practice where you can build a caseload that reflects your strengths, interests, and clinical passions, we'd love to hear from you.

Join Clarity Therapy and help us make quality mental health care more accessible to the communities we serve.
