Department - Donor Request Management

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with assigned transplant centers.
• Track and update patient/donor statuses (HAC, CT, Work-Up).
• Share donor availability updates and follow-up reminders.
• Respond to transplant center queries on donor status and documentation.
• Collect feedback and support process improvements.
• Coordinate training and onboarding activities for new transplant centers.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and support operational reporting.

Key Skills:

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional Indian languages preferred).
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to learn transplant processes and support patient-centered services.
• Experience in healthcare customer service or operations is preferred.
