Associate US Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated Associate US Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with excellent communication skills who are interested in building a career in US IT recruitment.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for open roles with our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements shared by US clients
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other tools
• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles
• Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and communication
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate records and update internal trackers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training can be provided)
• Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
• Good internet research and sourcing skills
• Comfortable using job portals and LinkedIn
• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BTech, etc.)
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in recruitment or US staffing is a plus but not mandatory
