• Modern In-House Equipment: Digital radiography, digital dental radiology, comprehensive in-house IDEXX/Abaxis lab suites, surgical suite with multi-parameter monitoring, and ultrasound.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Conduct routine wellness exams, sick patient workups, and complex internal medicine evaluations with comfortable 30-minute appointment slots.
• Perform elective soft-tissue surgeries and comprehensive dental procedures with dedicated surgical monitoring technicians.
• Partner with pet parents to deliver empathetic, preventative care and honest client communication.
• Collaborate with our team of doctors on difficult diagnostics, surgical cases, and second opinions.

What We Offer (Total Compensation & Benefits)

• Competitive Guaranteed Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000+ depending on experience, with optional ProSal production (no negative accrual).
• Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: Up to $20,000 available for qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution (or ECFVG/PAVE certified).
• Active veterinary medical license in good standing (or license eligibility).
• Passion for high-quality medicine, compassionate client care, and working in a supportive team dynamic.
