Associate Veterinarian

A Practice Designed to Support You Although the practice is not open to the public 24 hours a day, boarding services mean that support staff coverage is maintained 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. An on-site veterinary nurse also provides continuous support and oversight for patients and boarders.

Veterinarians are not expected to provide 24/7 emergency call coverage . After-hours phone responsibility is limited to staff and boarding clients.

Schedule Expectations

• Full-time: 32-40 hours per week
• Every 3rd Saturday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• Limited phone coverage for staff and boarding clients associated with the Saturday/on-call rotation
• No general-public emergency-call service

Our Clients The practice serves clients who value their pets, trust veterinary recommendations, and are committed to providing excellent care. This allows veterinarians to focus on practicing good medicine and building lasting client relationships rather than constantly selling recommended care.

Who We're Looking For We are looking for a veterinarian who:

• Provides compassionate, high-quality medicine
• Communicates effectively with clients and team members
• Enjoys working collaboratively
• Values professional autonomy and having a voice in the workplace
• Wants a long-term position in a privately owned practice
• Believes a successful veterinary career should include both professional fulfillment and a fulfilling life outside of work

If you are looking for a practice where you can earn a competitive income, practice excellent medicine, contribute to the direction of the hospital, and maintain a healthy work-life balance, we would love to hear from you.

Join a private practice where veterinarians are valued as professionals not production numbers.
