Experienced Colleagues & Genuine Mentorship You’ll join a collaborative team of veterinarians with diverse clinical interests and experience in internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care.

We are committed to helping associates develop their individual interests and clinical skills. New graduates can expect comprehensive mentorship in preventive medicine, dentistry, urgent and emergency care, and surgery, with opportunities to progressively build confidence, surgical proficiency, and independent clinical reasoning. Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain exceptional veterinarians.

· Annual salary: $140,000–$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications

· $10,000 relocation bonus

· Four-day workweek

· DVM or equivalent veterinary degree; eligible for licensure in Washington State
