Associate Vice President, Enterprise Digital Platforms

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Vice President, Enterprise Digital Platforms to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will shape the multi-year vision for an enterprise digital platform portfolio, turning business priorities into actionable product opportunities with clear value realization. The role will focus on driving portfolio strategy, investment decisions, and governance for customer-facing and enterprise engagement capabilities. Success in this position will require close partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure platform adoption, measurable outcomes, and effective decision-making.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $203,400 – $279,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year vision and product strategy for the digital platform portfolio
• Translate enterprise priorities into actionable opportunities with validated outcomes
• Own portfolio investment recommendations balancing value, risk, and time to value
• Implement an adoption strategy to leverage platform capabilities for business use cases
• Establish governance for product operating models and lead decision-making processes
• Lead executive portfolio reviews to assess and realign resources based on evidence-based insights
• Develop cross-functional teams focused on strategy, customer experience, and measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or related experience, including leadership experience with enterprise-scale portfolios
• Proven ability to operate within a product model focused on outcomes and value realization
• Experience with engagement platforms, including customer data and journey orchestration
• Strong understanding of design systems and governance frameworks
• Exceptional communication and influence skills with senior leadership
