Associate VLSI Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop foundational knowledge and practical skills in VLSI and semiconductor engineering.
• Work on technical assignments and projects related to RTL Design, Design Verification, Physical Design or other relevant VLSI domains, depending on the assigned role.
• Apply digital electronics, logic design and semiconductor fundamentals to solve technical problems.
• Participate in technical assessments, practical exercises and project-based learning activities.
• Collaborate with technical mentors and engineering teams to enhance technical competency.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to meet industry requirements.
• Training will be provided and must be undergone by candidates who do not possess the required skills for the role.
• Progress towards assigned engineering responsibilities based on technical competency and performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech graduates / M.E./M.Tech postgraduates in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE), VLSI or related disciplines.
• Freshers and aspiring VLSI professionals with 03 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of digital electronics, logic design and semiconductor fundamentals is preferred.
• Familiarity with Verilog, SystemVerilog, RTL Design, Design Verification or Physical Design is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and undergo the required technical training.
• Good communication skills, adaptability and a positive learning attitude.
• Candidates without the required technical skills must be willing to undergo the necessary training to meet the role requirements.
• Passion for building a long-term career in the semiconductor and VLSI industry.
