Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Research market microstructure
- Develop and test algorithmic trading models and price signals
- Perform transaction cost analysis
- Optimize algo wheel configurations
- Provide quantitative advice to sales and execution teams
Required Qualifications
- PhD or Masters in quantitative disciplines (mathematics, physics, computer science, machine learning)
- Experience in electronic execution and/or algorithmic trading
- Strong Python programming skills
- SQL proficiency
- Understanding of Asia equity markets and market microstructure
