Associate，OTC Product Operations

Responsibilities:

1. As a team member of Derivative Team that manage the end-to-end settlement processing on FX Swap, OTC Options, Funds, Total Return Swap, Accumulator/Deccumulator and Structured Products etc. Responsible for post-trade processing, settlement lifecycle management, and corporate action events associated with these products.

2. Coordinate closely with counterparties, custodians, and Front Office teams to investigate and resolve trade booking discrepancies, confirmation mismatches and settlement breaks.

3. Performing collateral management tasks in counterparties margin handling and reviewing related terms in CSA & GMRA

4. Ensuring all tasks are complied with regulatory rules and perform regulatory reporting.

5. Participate in system enhancement projects, execute operational efficiency improvements.

6. Assist in preparing operating procedures and monthly reports to Head Office; participate in Finance month-end cash flow reconciliation.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, or related discipline.

2. Solid experience of the operations and settlement processes (such as FX Swap, OTC Options, Funds, Total Return Swap, Accumulator/Deccumulator and Structured Products etc.).

3. Strong commitment, drive, willing to learn, and able to meet tight deadlines.

4. Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
