Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Near-native / native-level spoken & written English absolutely non-negotiable.
- Hands-on experience in US Insurance & Benefits processes (claims, enrollment, or benefits administration).
- Comfortable in direct client-facing roles with US stakeholders.
- 1–3 years in international BPO/KPO, preferably US healthcare/insurance voice process.
- Graduate, flexible for US shifts, with strong listening and problem-solving skills
