Asssitant Project Coordinator

About the role

A Project Coordinator/Field Coordinator role in construction, engineering, renewable energy, MEP, pumps, or infrastructure projects, responsible for monitoring and managing project execution to meet defined timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project schedule, manpower, material, equipment, and work progress to ensure projects meet target timelines and budgets
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Prepare and calculate RAB/BOQ and drawings
• Create project reports and documentation
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
• Compile project progress reports and updates aligned with actual performance against planned curves
• Identify and resolve problems and implement acceleration measures

About you

• D3/S1 qualification in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience as Project Coordinator/Field Coordinator in construction, engineering, renewable energy, MEP, pumps, or infrastructure projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Able to read technical drawings
• Skilled in preparing and calculating RAB/BOQ and drawings
• Capable of creating project reports and documentation
• Able to coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
• Willing to be placed at project sites for specified durations
• Skilled in compiling project progress and report updates aligned with actual performance against planned curves
• Capable of problem solving and project acceleration
