Asst. Accountant

Responsibilities:

HR Duties:

Responsible for HR operations including but not limited to payroll, MPF calculation, attendance, leave checking and tax filing

Accounting Duties:

• Facilitate daily accounting operation
• Ensure all accounting records are completed in a timing manner to the highest accuracy
• Assist in preparing month end closing, financial analysis and audit schedules
• Assist in collecting and summarizing data for management reports
• Assist in prepare billing invoices related to construction data
• Assist in prepare sub-contractors payment
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Accounting related discipline with LCCI Level 2 or above
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience is preferred
• Construction Company experience is preferred
• Proficiency in PC operation including Quickbook, MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
• Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded and a good team player
• Ability to work under pressure & meeting tight deadline
