What they need
Asst. Accounting Manager
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and inventory
- Support month-end and year-end closing, and prepare financial statements
- Review reconciliations between GL, sub-ledgers, and physical inventory (feed and broodstock/genetics inventory)
- Ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations (VAT, WHT, corporate income tax) and timely filing
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulators (Revenue Department, BOI if applicable)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for hatchery and manufacturing operations
- Supervise and develop junior accounting staff
- Improve accounting processes, controls, and systems (ERP)
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards (TFRS) and tax law
