Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Assistant Category Business Managers. Candidates with retail experience and billing knowledge are preferred. Freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in retail management are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily showroom operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Support the Category Business Manager in achieving sales targets.
• Handle billing operations and ensure billing accuracy.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Support inventory management and stock verification.
• Maintain showroom standards and ensure proper product displays.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Degree is mandatory.
• Experience: Retail experience and billing knowledge are preferred; freshers can also apply.
• Skills: Good communication, customer service, and basic computer skills.
• Additional Requirements: Willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a team.

Malappuram District, Kerala.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
