Asst. Construction Project Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Main Responsibilities: Projects Executions & Managements: -Lead and manage a full life cycle of multiple retail construction projects concurrently, from project site survey, kick-off with HQ and to store handover, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and budgets. -Review projects (new stores & renovations) in depth to identify any conflicts or problems that may arise during the schedule. Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and relevant regulations. -Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, property management, and local authorities. Coordinate HQ and internal teams (VM, Retail, Marketing and IT) to ensure seamless integration of store functions.

• Lead kick-off, weekly and follow-up meetings to ensure the success and high-quality of each project. -Enforce rigorous quality standards for materials, finishes, and workmanship. Conduct regular site inspections and reports to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with general contractors, MEP consultants, and specialist trades. Oversee tender processes and conduct site evaluations to ensure quality control. -Ensure local sourcing, imported items’ ordering and shipping. -Collect as-built drawings and keep records. -Project Reporting: Prepare and deliver timely project reports (progress, budget, risks, milestones) upon HQ request, management directive basis to ensure full transparency. Budgets Control: -Vendor Selection & Bid Comparison: Lead the tendering process by issuing RFQs/RFPs, collecting competitive bids from multiple qualified contractors and suppliers. Conduct thorough commercial bid comparisons and analysis to ensure cost competitiveness, scope accuracy, and value for money while maintaining quality standards. -Budget Control & Cost Management: Establish and track project budgets throughout the lifecycle. Review payment applications and manage variation orders rigorously to prevent cost overruns without compromising the luxury aesthetic. Store Maintenance & Repairs: -Oversee and manage all repairs and maintenance needs across the portfolio of boutique stores.
• Respond promptly to urgent repair requests, assess liability (landlord vs. brand vs. warranty), and verify repair costs against quotations prior to payment approval. Qualification & Requirement: -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management is must. -Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction project management, specifically within High-End/Luxury Retail or high-end Residential/Commercial interiors. -Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and office software(Excel, word, PowerPoint). -Strong knowledge of building materials and construction methodologies for premium interiors. -Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
