Asst. Engineer

• Manufacture new moulds as per engineering drawings and specifications.

• Assemble, fit, and test mould components to ensure proper functionality.

• Repair, modify, and maintain existing moulds to minimize production downtime.

• Operate conventional tool room machines such as milling, lathe, surface grinder, drilling, and EDM machines.

• Perform precision fitting, polishing, grinding, and bench work.

• Measure and inspect components using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators.

• Troubleshoot mould-related issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Work closely with design, production, and quality teams during mould trials and validation.

• Maintain proper documentation of mould maintenance, repairs, and modifications.

• Follow safety procedures, housekeeping standards (5S), and company policies.

• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.

• Diploma in Tool Die Making, Machinist, Fitter, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

• Certification in Tool Making is an added advantage.
