Asst. Facilities Manager - MOA, Pasay

The Assistant Facilities Manager (Site Lead) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned site, ensuring that facilities services such as engineering, housekeeping, security, reception, and vendor-managed services are delivered in accordance with client expectations and contractual requirements. The role will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the client, manage service requests and escalations, conduct routine site inspections, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Expected deliverables include timely submission of client and operational reports, completion and tracking of preventive maintenance schedules, closure of service tickets and corrective actions, vendor performance reviews, site inspection reports, budget and invoice monitoring, compliance documentation, emergency drill coordination, and maintenance of action trackers to ensure all operational issues are resolved within agreed timelines.

What You'll Need:

• Engineering background is preferred but not necessarily required
• Must have Facilities Management backgroud with both experience in hard and soft services. Preferrably with prior leadership/supervisory role.
• Good PR skills and deep understanding of all statutory compliance.
• Experience of financial matters (billing, budgeting, etc…)

Work setup: 5 days, full onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per hour
