ASST. FACILITY MANAGER - SOFT

• Assist the Facility Manager in managing day-to-day soft services and facility operations.
• Coordinate housekeeping, cleaning, pantry, waste management, pest control, landscaping, security, and other support services.
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards across offices, common areas, washrooms, cafeteria, and other facility spaces.
• Supervise housekeeping and other outsourced service staff and ensure proper manpower deployment.
• Conduct routine inspections and address service deficiencies or complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for scheduled services, maintenance support, and service requirements.
• Monitor attendance, performance, uniforms, grooming, and discipline of soft-service staff.
