Asst. Gen. Manager

Job Summary:

The Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure guests receive excellent service and have a memorable experience. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance, handling budgets, and implementing hotel policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Monitor hotel performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate hotel staff.
• Schedule shifts and delegate tasks effectively.
• Foster a positive and productive working environment.
• Customer Service:
• Address and resolve guest complaints and requests promptly.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Collect feedback and implement improvements.
• Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
• Oversee revenue management and room pricing strategies.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure the hotel complies with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits.
• Manage emergency procedures and staff preparedness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 1+ years of hotel management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, Cloudbeds, etc.).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $19.10 - $99,999,999.00 per hour
