Job Summary

Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical and management interviews.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and other employment-related documents.
• Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities for new employees.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with hiring targets and business requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment needs.
• Organize and support employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate and conduct induction programs for new employees.
• Conduct exit interviews and prepare exit analysis reports.
• Assist in HR operations and employee relations activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and recruitment standards.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
