Asst. Human Resources and Admin. Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, payroll calculation, MPF contributions, employee relations, and HR data administration and taxation matters
• Manage all administrative duties, such as office administration and procurement
• Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, headcount management, and seasonal staffing
• Ensure full compliance with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and other relevant statutory requirements
• Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing company policies and procedures
• Handle employee enquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder is highly preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in HR field, preferably in retail industry
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong labour laws and MPF regulations
• Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Independent, detail-minded, well-organised, and able to multitask under pressure
• Immediate availability is preferred
