Tai Cheung Properties Limited is a subsidiary of Tai Cheung Group (Stock: 0088), which is a listed property developer.  The Group has been engaged in property development and investment in Hong Kong over 50 years. We are currently looking for a high-caliber candidate to fill the position.

Reporting to Head of Human Resources, the incumbent’s key responsibilities are to:

• Assist in handling full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training coordination and policies formulation

• Prepare HR correspondences including memo, letters and emails

• Maintain HR records and HRIS system

• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Min 3 years’ relevant experience; preferably in Property Management field but not a prerequisite
• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and other related employment legislations
• Experience in Payroll, Employees' Compensation, Leave management, and etc.
• Assist in organizing company events, and charity activities
• Being a good team player, pleasant, attentive to details, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese word processing and HRIS
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Human Resources Officer
